Requirements:

·                     Full golfing privileges in a CWGA member club.

·                     A USGA Handicap Index of 21.0 or less attested by the Women’s Handicap Chairwoman, Ladies’ Golf Chairwoman or Golf Professional.  See page 8 of the CWGA Annual Book for two-year handicap requirements.

·                     A list of the last 20 scores, of which at least 10 must be from the applicant’s member club.  Applicant must be handicapped out of one club only.

·                     No new applications for the 2010 playing season will be accepted after August 15.  Applications for the post-season joining period will be accepted from August 15 through October 5.

·                     Mail check payable to CWGA and a copy of your latest GHIN printout to:  Diann Wienke, 51 Mountain Spring Road, Farmington, CT  06032.
